"Believing is seeing," I'm told by Bashar, and other sources as well, I think even going back to the book, Conversations with God, first given to me by Jonathan Brooke 25 years ago; "This book will sing in your heart," he inscribed to me inside the cover.
Something keeps telling me—reminding me—what is most important and will be most helpful will be to keep going inward, to continue shifting my focus from the external validation sources, from all of the distractions. Continue peering inward, connecting with my higher self, and with Source. Don't you worry about what's going on out there, little girl, don't worry about the whole Circus. Keep exploring your own balance, your own path that you've been on your whole life. Do this quietly, meditatively. Allow all the hustle and bustle out there to be silenced, do not allow it to nestle in your mind and heart...recognize it, greet it gently, bring it in and allow it to release, release...let all that anxiety gooooo, let it slip away. Let it take a good nap. The outer world will continue without you for a while.
We are in a big shift right now, collectively as humanity, and it is uncomfortable in its newness. We are acknowledging what beliefs we have carried which no longer serve us, so we may INVESTIGATE THEM, and appreciate the ways in which they were trying to "protect" us, but won't anymore. Then we can thank them, and let them go, just let them go. Release them into the vastness of the All and Everything, where they can be dissolved, where they can be balanced out by infinity.
It turns out this takes some practice.
So that is what I'm doing, I am practicing, I am learning. I am listening to my guidance, I am following my lists, and pausing to take deep breaths. I am feeling the support of the All and Everything. Okay, then. We've got this.
After all, We are Groot.
